Salmon Fillet on Green Asparagus ~ $49
poached in white wine on asparagus napped with hollandaise sauce; served with baby potatoes and two kinds of vegetables.

Pickerel Pernod ~ $47
sautéed with anise, flavored with Pernod liqueur; served with steamed potatoes and two kinds of vegetables.

Shrimp with Garden Herbs ~ $49
spiced with garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper; served with brown Basmati rice and two kinds of vegetables.

Jumbo Shrimp East Indian Style ~ $52

stuffed with lime, capers and sage napped with a slightly tangy lime cream sauce; served with Basmati rice and two kinds of vegetables.

tender bone and skin less chicken thighs stuffed with red grapes and garlic, served with steamed rice and two kinds of vegetables.

Chicken Breast Curry with Pistachio ~ $46
a mild and flavourful curry; served with Basmati rice and two kinds of vegetables.

Paprika Chicken Breast  ~ $46
braised with peppers and tomatoes; served with egg dumplings and two kinds of vegetables.

Chicken Breast with Leeks ~ $46
stuffed with goat cheese; served with baby potatoes and two kinds of vegetables

Medallions of Pork Tenderloin Robert ~ $46
sautéed and flavoured with Brandy, Dijon mustard and green peas; served with noodles and two kinds of vegetables.

Pork Scaloppini "Valais" ~ $48
sautéed, topped with tomato and basil and glazed with Swiss Raclette cheese; served with sautéed potatoes and two kinds vegetables.

Anolini of Pork Tenderloin ~ $45
stuffed with banana and bell pepper on a mild and creamy curry sauce; served with Basmati rice and two kinds of vegetables.

 

Veal

Cordon bleu ~ $49
stuffed with ham and Gruyere cheese, breaded; served with home made noodles, tomato sauce and two kinds of vegetables.

Veal Zurich Style ~ $49
the most famous dish from Switzerland, chopped veal in a creamy mushroom sauce; served with Rösti and two kinds of vegetables.

Curry with Tofu ~ $38
apples, pears and tofu in a spicy curry sauce; served with brown Basmati rice and two kinds of vegetables.

Polenta with Boletus Mushroom ~ $41
stone ground corn topped with Boletus mushrooms and glazed with cheese; served with two kinds of vegetables.

oven braised with a spicy orange sauce, served with sautéed potatoes and two kinds of vegetables.

Rabbit Loin & Tenderloin w/ Calvados ~ $49
tender fillet with a delicious apple liqueur sauce; served with mashed potatoes and two kinds of vegetables.

Usually only one menu is served per evening, with one sitting at 7.00 p.m. Please inquire about exceptions for special Holidays. We are open any day upon request for groups of minimum 6 guests or more.   

We have the perfect setting for any special occasions -- birthdays, anniversaries, retirements ...

Inquire about our

romantic getaway packages.  Getaway packages include dinner and accommodations at preferred rates.  Our new, cozy log cottages with Jacuzzi tubs provide a secluded and memorable overnight stay.

Dietary concerns? Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have any dietary concerns.  We will be happy to accommodate you but require at least 48 hours notice.
